The Company is focused on the uranium exploration of its 85% interest in seven EPLs (the “Estate Uranium Properties”) totaling 93,514 hectares in the Erongo Province of Namibia, which accounts for approximately 8% of the world’s uranium production.    

Q Precious & Battery Metals Corp. is a mineral exploration company. The Company has a portfolio of properties in Quebec that are currently being explored for potential lithium, copper, nickel, cobalt, zinc molybdenum, and platinum group elements. 

The Exchange has determined that the Issuer has not met the continued listing requirements as set out in CSE Policy 2, Appendix A, section 2.9.

Pursuant to Policy 6 section 2.4, the Issuer may not rely on confidential price protection, nor may the Issuer complete a financing without prior Exchange approval.

In accordance with Policy 3, section 5.1, the .X extension is added to the listed securities of Issuers that the Exchange has deemed to be inactive.

Questcorp Mining Inc. is engaged in the business of the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. The Company holds an option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in and to mineral claims totaling 1,168.09 hectares comprising the North Island Copper Property, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, subject to a royalty obligation. The Company’s secondary objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metals properties of merit.
